By using the CloudHost Discord App Hosting Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Fair Use Policy

CloudHost provides free hosting for Discord bots. You agree not to host malicious code, crypto-miners, spambots, or any applications that violate Discord's Developer Terms of Service.

3. Limitation of Liability

CloudHost is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for any data loss, bot downtime, or damages resulting from the use of our platform.

4. Abuse and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any server slot or hosted bot without prior notice if it violates our guidelines, consumes excessive resources, or disrupts our infrastructure.
